Pretty Powerful is about women supporting women. We coach on mindset work, nutrition, movement, delivered in a safe online community. 

 

Pretty Powerful is split up into 12 week blocks. ​

Each month we run live coaching calls to support and guide all members throughout their journeys. 

​​

Workouts are delivered through our private Facebook page and coaching calls are delivered monthly, through Zoom. 

​

Nutrition support is delivered throughout the month with tips, recipes, hormone support and more! 

​

So, if you are at the beginning of your journey or further along - we have you covered! 

​

Join us in this 12 week programme.

Over the 12 weeks you have access to the following:

Weekly Progressive Workouts - Cardio, Resistance Workouts, Yoga, Pilates, Barre and More! 

 

Coaching: Monthly interactive Zoom calls.

Support: You have access to your coaches throughout the 12 weeks

​

Community: Once purchased the 12 weeks you have access to a private Facebook page, with access to kick arse women and your coaches to help and support you through your journey.
